Building Queery: Leading with care, creating with purpose

For over three years, I led Queery, an LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, with the goal of fostering a community where people could show up fully as themselves—and feel supported doing so.

Excerpts from Queery’s Pride forum.

Our monthly meetings created connection, support, and a brave space for dialogue. We hosted vibrant events celebrating our identities and fostering community.

We discussed the true meaning of Pride, the impact of external pressures on our identities, and ways to uplift and support one another in a positive and engaging way.

Queery wasn’t a side project.
It’s one of the things I’m most proud to carry forward into every team and community I’m part of.
